Wir bitten euch mit dem Fahrrad über die Johanniterstraße (Lindenplatz) anzufahren - euer Fahrrad kann bei belegten Fahrradbügeln vorm Laden auch während eures Aufenthalts im Laden sicher stehen. Alle Kfz-Parkplätze in unserer Straße sind gerade durch Halteverbote gesperrt. Ausweichmöglichkeiten gibt es in umliegenden Straßen oder Parkhäusern (z.B. Parkhaus am Dom oder Annastraße)

Flexible rental system & test drives
Test* your cargo bike thoroughly before you make a decision! With our rental system, you can try out different models in your daily life and find out which one suits you best. This way, you can be sure that your new cargo bike meets your requirements perfectly.
*Our rental fleet is still being established, but you can of course test ride many of our models outside of this fleet in our shop as well.

In this section, we answer frequently asked questions about our cargo bikes.
It depends on how you want to use it: for children, shopping, dogs, or your business? In a personal conversation, we will find out together which model best suits your everyday life – whether it's a Long John, Longtail, tricycle, or compact cargo bike. Of course, you are welcome to test ride different bikes with us.
Bei einer Beratung hören wir dir zunächst aufmerksam zu. Uns interessiert, was deine Motivation ist, was oder wen du transportieren möchtest, welche Art von Lastenrad du vielleicht schon im Kopf hast und welche Strecken du im Alltag fährst.
Auf dieser Basis suchen wir gemeinsam mit dir nach passenden Rädern. Manchmal ist direkt ein Modell dabei, das perfekt passt – manchmal kommen auch mehrere Optionen infrage.
Diese Räder kannst du anschließend Probe fahren. Auf Wunsch natürlich auch mit Kindern und/oder Ladung, um ein möglichst realistisches Gefühl zu bekommen. In den meisten Fällen kristallisiert sich dabei schnell ein Favorit heraus, zu dem wir dann gemeinsam tiefer in die Ausstattungsdetails einsteigen.
Zum Abschluss erstellen wir gerne ein Angebot für euch – entweder zum Drüber-schlafen oder direkt als Grundlage, um den Bestellprozess gemeinsam anzustoßen.
Ein zentraler Grundsatz unserer Arbeit ist, dass wir keine Räder auf Lager halten. Das hat Vor- und Nachteile, ermöglicht uns aber vor allem eines: Wir verkaufen kein „Rad von der Stange“, sondern sorgen dafür, dass ihr genau das Lastenrad bekommt, das wirklich zu euren individuellen Bedürfnissen passt.
Am besten buchst du dir dafür einen kostenfreien und unverbindlichen Beratungstermin. Im Buchungsprozess kannst du uns bereits vorab einige Informationen mitgeben – das hilft uns enorm bei der Vorbereitung und macht eure Beratung noch zielgerichteter.
Yes – and this is very important to us! A test ride helps you find the right driving feel and experience differences in handling, engine performance, and ergonomics for yourself. It's best to arrange an appointment in advance so that we have enough time for you.
Leider nicht mehr. Die Stadt Aachen hat in den vergangenen Jahren die Anschaffung von Lastenrädern gefördert, dieses Programm wird aber voraussichtlich 2026 nicht mehr neu aufgelegt.
Zusätzlich gibt es gewerblich orientierte Förderprogramme vom Bund. Wir helfen dir dabei, das passende Programm zu finden und beraten dich gerne bei der Antragstellung.
The majority of high-quality cargo bikes with electric drive cost between 4,500 and 7,000 euros. The magic threshold for us is around 4,500 euros. With grants and leasing, you can often significantly reduce the costs. We advise you honestly – without sales pressure – and find a solution that fits your budget.
Yes! We work with various leasing providers such as JobRad, BusinessBike, or mein-dienstrad.de. Private financing or instalment payments are also possible – just get in touch with us.
If your company's leasing provider is not included, we will find a solution together.
Many people think this – but after a few minutes, the uncertainty usually disappears. Modern cargo bikes are well-balanced and equipped with an e-motor that supports you. We will show you what matters when riding and accompany you as you get started.
Depending on the model, battery, driving style, and load, the range usually lies between 40 and 80 kilometres. This is more than sufficient for everyday use – and if you need more, there are also models with dual batteries.
No problem – we are here for you even after the purchase. We know our bikes well and will help you easily!
For many models, we recommend insurance – especially for electric drives. Whether it's theft, vandalism, wear and tear, or battery defects: there are good tariffs that also work for cargo bikes. We can advise you on this directly in the shop if you wish.
Occasionally, we also offer refurbished demonstration bikes or returns. Feel free to get in touch with us if you are looking for a more affordable alternative – there might just be something suitable available.
We would like to point out that you have a two-year warranty on a new cargo bike, while for second-hand bikes, it is only one year.
