For your appointment, we consciously take our time and, if possible, prepare suitable bikes for your test rides. Therefore, we only allocate a limited number of detailed consultation appointments.

• How you want to use the bike in everyday life
• Which bike types and models meet your requirements
• Differences in riding feel, motor, gears, equipment, and transport options
• Solutions for transporting children, dogs, groceries, or work materials
• Which accessories you actually need
• which leasing, financing, insurance, or funding options are available to you

Afterward, you can test ride various bikes and compare them directly.

If a suitable solution becomes apparent, we will create an individual offer for you upon request—tailored to the bike, equipment, and accessories that fit your lifestyle.

Our consultation is free of charge for you. At the same time, we take a lot of time for each appointment and prepare for your requirements.

The detailed consultation is therefore particularly intended for you if you are specifically dealing with a cargo bike or longtail and want to compare different models in a well-founded manner.

If you just want to get a first overview, you don’t need a 90-minute consultation appointment for that. You are welcome to visit us during our opening hours or send us a short message in advance.

In unserer 25-minütigen Online-Erstberatung nehmen wir uns Zeit, zunächst deinen Alltag und deine Anforderungen kennenzulernen.

Du erzählst uns, was du mit einem Lastenrad machen möchtest, wen oder was du transportieren willst und welche Fragen oder Unsicherheiten dich gerade beschäftigen. Wir hören zu, fragen gezielt nach und helfen dir dabei, deine Anforderungen zu sortieren.

Gemeinsam schauen wir, welche Lastenrad-Bauformen grundsätzlich zu deinem Alltag passen könnten und welcher nächste Schritt für dich sinnvoll ist.

Das Gespräch findet online per Videocall statt und dient der ersten Orientierung.

Eine ausführliche Modellberatung, konkrete Konfigurationen oder der Vergleich verschiedener Lastenräder sind nicht Bestandteil dieses Termins. Dafür stehen dir anschließend unsere Beratungen mit Probefahrten vor Ort bei Madame Cargo in Aachen zur Verfügung.
